DMCA Policy
BusinessTech.News complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our website, please follow the notification procedures outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work – A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material – A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our website, including specific URLs or page locations.
- Your contact information – Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement – A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement – A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or electronic signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
How to Submit Your Notice

Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your contact information – Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of removed content – A description of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Good faith statement – A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction – A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district where BusinessTech.News may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
- Physical or electronic signature – Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
BusinessTech.News maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Embedded Third-Party Content
BusinessTech.News embeds live streams and content from third-party sources. If you believe embedded content infringes your copyright:
- We may remove the embedding upon valid DMCA notice
- You should also contact the original content provider
- We do not host or control third-party streams
Response Timeline
We will respond to properly formatted DMCA notifications as promptly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the alleged infringer of the action taken
- Provide them with the DMCA notification
